EastEnders' Karen Taylor will be forced to make a big decision as her romance with Caren steps up a gear.
Karen (Lorraine Stanley) has been growing close to newcomer Caren in recent episodes and their relationship will continue to go from strength to strength next week.
As Karen heads out on a date with Caren, her new relationship is met with disapproval from her daughter Bernadette – who urges her mum to have a serious think about what she really wants.

After interrupting Karen's evening with Caren, Bernadette grows increasingly frustrated over the date and urges her mum to think about what she's doing once they are alone.
When Bernadette finally leaves, Karen is unable to shake off the teenager's words and is taken aback when Caren suggests they go back to the Taylors' as everyone is out.
Karen later shares her first kiss with Caren, but are her feelings genuine? Or is Caren going to end up heartbroken?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Thursday, August 1 and Friday, August 2 on BBC One.
