EastEnders has revealed a first look at Lisa Fowler's exciting return to Walford.

Lucy Benjamin has reprised the role of Lisa for another stint and will be back on screen in the first week of September.

When Lisa reappears, she heads straight to see Mel Owen (Tamzin Outhwaite) as she needs some help. EastEnders' recent trailer shows that she wants to help Keanu Taylor flee the country.

Sadly, Lisa's timing couldn't be worse, as Mel is busy dealing with her son Hunter's dramatic escape from prison.

When word spreads that Lisa is back, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) tracks her down – aware that she might know where Louise and Keanu are. Will things turn nasty as Phil demands answers?

Lisa's return is part of a big week of EastEnders, featuring Whitney and Callum's wedding, Bianca's comeback and Hunter's revenge.

Over on Emmerdale, Charity Dingle's feud with Megan Macey will be reignited on the day of Frank Clayton's funeral.

Frank's send-off takes place on Monday (August 26), but the service looks set to be overshadowed by the ongoing debate over whether he's innocent or guilty in the factory fire mystery.

On the morning of the funeral, Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) pays a visit to Megan (Gaynor Faye) and hands over the ring that was found at the factory – along with the receipt showing that Frank had bought it.

This changes everything for Megan, who – just like Tracy – believes that this points to his innocence over the blaze.

Later, Megan makes an emotional speech at the funeral and berates everyone for doubting Frank. While Tracy is delighted to see this support for her father, Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick) is horrified that the event is turning into a circus.

At the wake, Charity (Emma Atkins) can't resist having her say and accuses Megan of making the funeral all about herself. With a war of words following, Megan and Charity's long history of animosity rises to the surface once again.

Needing to build some bridges again, Emma (Alexandra Mardell) heads back to the salon and tries to end her row with Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls), managing to get her job back when they resolve their differences.

Emma also enjoys spending time with her sister Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney), taking her out for a shopping trip to get to know her better.

Despite all this, Emma is adamant that she's still not ready to give her biological father Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) the time of day – and she warns Amy not to ruin their bonding session by speaking up for Steve.

Later, Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) encourages Emma to follow her heart if she wants to get to know Steve. Will Emma reconsider her harsh stance?
