EastEnders' Billy Mitchell can breathe a sigh of relief – Tina Carter isn't pregnant with his baby!
Billy (Perry Fenwick) recently made the big mistake of cheating on Honey with Tina, amid all the drama over his daughter Janet's accident.
Although Billy has since tried to move on from his infidelity, tonight's scenes (December 18) saw his actions come back to haunt him when Tina suspected she could be pregnant.
After sharing her fears with Shirley, Tina realised that she needed to know one way or another and headed out to purchase a pregnancy test.
Unfortunately, Tina couldn't have timed the outing worse if she'd tried as she awkwardly bumped into Billy and Honey while in the chemist - leaving Billy horrified when he realised what she was buying.
As Tina fretted over the outcome of the test, she started to contemplate whether this could be her fateful second chance at motherhood – much to the concern of her sister Shirley.
With Shirley insisting her sibling couldn't possibly have Billy's baby, the decision was taken out of Tina's hands when the test turned out to be negative anyway.
But although Billy had escaped one big drama, he was soon thrown into another one when he learned Tina was moving in with them.
A kind-hearted Honey took pity on Tina when she realised she had nowhere to stay in the New Year, but how long before she learns the shocking truth?
EastEnders continues tomorrow night (December 19) at 7.30pm on BBC One.
