Yahoo News EastEnders spark for Donna and Robbie next week
EastEnders hints at a possible spark between Donna Yates and Robbie Jackson when she insists that he take her out on a date next week.
We already know that a new love interest is being lined up for Robbie, after Dean Gaffney recently teased that his character could be about to start dating someone online.
But while Robbie will be trying his hand at online dating in a bid to reawaken his love life, next week's spoilers suggest that his new romance could be much closer to home.
Donna is happy to wind Robbie up as he anxiously prepares for his date – but is on hand to lift his spirits when he is jilted at the last minute.
Seeing his disappointment, Donna tells him that he can take her out instead.
However, when Robbie later gets a second chance to go out with his mystery woman, Donna decides to get up to no good in a bid to wreak havoc for her market colleague.
Fans will have to wait and see if anything comes of the pair's banter, but could this be leading somewhere?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Tuesday, October 24, and Thursday, October 26 on BBC One.
