George shares shock news about Rose
After receiving bombshell news concerning Rose, George struggles to come to terms with what he’s learned and tries to find answers. And when he’s confronted by Elaine, George is forced to reveal all, only to be interrupted by an unsuspecting Anna, who demands to know the truth.
George then shares what he knows with his daughter, but insists she mustn’t tell Gina for fear of history repeating itself. But Elaine ultimately decides to blab as she feels Gina ought to learn what’s happened. The result, though, is that a broken Gina ends up heading to Peggy’s to drink herself into oblivion.
Later on, George will be witnessed consoling both his daughters, but there’s further upset when he reveals the truth about what happened all those years ago – his words leaving Gina and Anna heartbroken by their dad’s actions.
Jay moves in with Ben
As Jay struggles with his seismic grief, Callum makes the suggestion to Ben that he move into their flat with Lexi. Ben initially dismisses the idea, but following a heart to heart, Jay does end up moving in.
However, the transition isn’t exactly smooth, for as the family sits down to dinner, it becomes clear that the food is making Ben uncomfortable and he starts to panic about how he’ll keep his struggles a secret now that he has such a full house.
