EastEnders Spoilers: Louise Mitchell Returns

Move over, Ben, Phil has another problem child to deal with as Louise Mitchell will make a shock return to EastEnders in the New Year.

And, obviously, because this is Walford, her face has miraculously changed since we last saw her. 18-year-old Tilly Keeper has landed the part of Louise.

Louise, the daughter of Phil Mitchell and Lisa Fowler, will return to Albert Square as a 14-year-old teen tearaway who has been having problems with her mum and wants to become a true Mitchell. (Oh dear, that never ends well.)

Tilly said, “I am so thrilled to be joining the cast of EastEnders, especially to be joining the Mitchell clan! It’s a dream come true and I can’t wait to get stuck into the role and see what lies in store for Louise.”

Viewers last saw Louise on-screen in 2010 when she was living with Phil. However, as his mum Peggy became more and more worried about his behaviour, she returned Louise to live with mum Lisa.

EastEnders bosses are keeping tight-lipped about what prompts Louise’s return, but with Phil’s drinking once again a problem, there’ll no doubt be fireworks.

Louise has previously been played by three actresses: Rachel Cox played her as a baby, while Danni Bennatar and Brittany Papple played her as a young girl.
