Rocky plans to confess – but collapses
After Dotty learns that her mum Sandy is in need of money for rehab, she tells Rocky that he needs to scam Peter for more cash. But the demand is the final straw for an already reluctant Rocky, who tells Dotty that he’s going to leave Walford tomorrow.
The trouble is that just as Rocky is about to exit, those who hold him in high regard end up throwing him a surprise 60th birthday party. Feeling guilty, Rocky tells Dotty that he wants to come clean. But just as he gets busy writing a letter to Sonia and Kathy, he grabs his chest and collapses before being carted off to hospital the following day unconscious in an ambulance.

Denise and Chelsea’s wedding wars
There’s a wedding day mix-up of the type you only get in soapland when Denise and Chelsea realise that they’ve both booked their ceremonies for Christmas Day.
After the realisation dawns, Denise can’t help but comment that she feels Chelsea and Gray are rushing into things. But determined to prove her mum wrong, Chelsea ends up inviting her and Jack over for lunch.
The problem where Gray is concerned, though, is that he can no longer afford the expense of the nuptials and asks Chelsea if they can perhaps delay things. Reeling from this bombshell, Chelsea then accuses Denise of talking Gray out of it and declares that she’s immovable: they are getting married on Christmas Day.
Battle over the Square’s Christmas tree
Peter has been transformed into a carbon copy of his dad Ian, with his latest business-minded plan being to sponsor the Square’s Christmas tree. But after overhearing Peter prepping his bid, Janine suggests to Mick that the Vic outbid him.
In the end, a smug Peter appears to get his own way, but Mick grows increasingly annoyed by his rival’s arrogance and decides that he and Janine need to do something about the situation. Hence Peter being left shocked by Friday that the tree has somehow gone missing.
In the aftermath of their trickery, Janine will be seen opening up to Mick about a memory of her dad Frank – all of which results in the publican offering her some words of kindness which leave Janine feeling moved.
Phil discovers all about Alyssa
Sharon puts Phil in the picture about Alyssa, but he enters the fray with his size nines and decides to have a pop at Jada over her actions.
After questioning her about leaving the baby on Sharon’s doorstep, Phil tells Jada that she should just walk away again. Sharon is appalled by Phil’s words, but he insists that Jada can’t be trusted.
As suspicions are aroused, Phil then approaches Martin and Zack and implores them to speak to Sharon – she can’t lose any more kids. But will Phil’s heavy-handedness have any effect on Sharon and her decision to apply for joint custody?
