High street stationery store Ryman has announced the launch of a new Ryman Design Store here in Edinburgh.

This comes as the chain expands across the UK, with outlets in London and Birmingham opening last year.

The store will open up in the St James Quarter, providing materials for stationery enthusiasts and professionals. They'll stock "unique, trend-led stationery, gifts and cards".

Theo Paphitis, Owner and Chairman at Ryman, said: "I’m delighted to be opening our first-ever Scottish Ryman Design store in Edinburgh and building on the brand’s presence in key locations around the UK.

"Creativity runs through Edinburgh’s veins, which is why opening our new design-led store, full of unique, design-led stationery, gifts, and cards was a no-brainer for me. This will be our fourth Ryman Design store, and because of the fantastic response they’ve had from our customers, there are more in the pipeline."
