Jeremy Clarkson has sent a message to Amazon owner Jeff Bezos in a viral video.

The former Top Gear host is no stranger to Amazon having starred in two globally successful series made by the company’s streaming service, Prime Video.

Alongside car chums James May and Richard Hammond, Clarkson has presented The Grand Tour with the show set to air its final episode in September.

The 64-year-old celebrity is also the star of Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm which documents life on his Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington.

Season three of the heavily popular show aired last month and has been received well, covering everything from pigs to Clarkson’s very own lager, Hawkstone.

The drink was the subject of the viral video this week too as Clarkson was suggested to be on the phone to Jeff Bezos and Amazon.

In the clip posted to Hawkstone’s official Instagram account, the former Top Gear star can be seen leaning against a wooden gate at the farm whilst on the phone.

“I’m on the phone to Seattle [where Amazon was founded], no, that’s great,” he said.

“Good, talk soon, take care, bye.”

After ending the phone call, Clarkson said: “Good news, I thought you’d only be able to buy my lager from my own farm shop but it turns out that you’ll also be able to buy it from Jeff’s website. Cheers.”

The video has amassed over 109,000 views since it was posted earlier this week.
