A passenger on an Elizabeth line train said that 'TfL kidnapped me' after the driver made an infuriating announcement to the train.

Most people would agree that the highspeed, clean and connected Elizabeth line has been a welcome addition to the TfL network, however, on TikTok, the user @daman.bamrah disagrees. He was the person 'held hostage' by TfL and in a video he relives the ordeal to us all.

He questions his 'luck' at having the Elizabeth line as his train since on that day "Instead of stopping at my stop" he says, "the train just kind of carries on."

He informs us that the driver announced that they had been informed that the train would not stop for the next six stops and told the passengers to 'strap in'. @daman.bamrah doesn't see the funny side and instead believes he got 'kidnapped' by TfL.

He believes TfL is just as bad as the other lines and many in the comments agree with him. One person said that "The Elizabeth line honestly is like one of the worst lines but its clean and new interior is just gaslighting everyone."

An interesting thought, but also it is clean and is new, which are both lovely things. But maybe that's my experience, which one person also sums up quite well with their comment.

"Interesting catch the Elizabeth line everyday and I love it. But I think my circumstances make it better. I get on at Paddington and there is always a shenfield bound train for which Paddington is the first stop. So it’s completely empty!" they wrote.

Six stops are excessive though so our thoughts and prayers go out to @daman.bamrah in having to deal with his abduction experience.
