The event, taking place on Regent 13 car park from 10am – 4pm, will welcome hundreds of different personnel from a host of departments including Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue, North West Ambulance Service, Greater Manchester Police and many more. Representatives will be on-hand to meet fans, talk about what they do on a daily basis and provide demonstrations.

There will be performances from bands and choirs, character appearances and demonstrations, as well as the chance for little ones to get up close and personal to both modern and vintage fire engines, ambulances and police cars.

The event attracts over 10,000 people across the day and will start with an opening ceremony from the Deputy Mayor of Greater Manchester, Kate Green.

Simon Layton, centre director at Trafford Centre said: “It’s a privilege to welcome our dedicated emergency service teams from across the region for our much-loved Emergency Services Day, showcasing the amazing work they do day in, day out.

"There’s a host of fun things to get involved in, and it promises to be a fantastic day out for the whole family.”
