Emma Willis has revealed that she would be "devastated" if Big Brother returns without her as a host.

Emma will be taking over Channel 4's reality competition The Circle in its upcoming second series, but it seems like she'd be disappointed if someone else takes over her hosting duties on BB.

"Big Brother will be 21 years old next year," she told The Sun Online. "If they did anything, I'd be devastated not to be involved in it."

"It's been a huge part of my life, both working on it and watching it," Emma continued. "It needs an anniversary, a big birthday. To never do it again would be a terrible shame.

"It has to find its feet and be celebratory and fun."

Well, it's just a few days until The Circle starts now. That would keep the presenter busy for the time being.

In series two of the game show, Emma will be taking over from Maya Jama and Alice Levine, but she emphasised that the show isn't really about the presenter.

"This show isn't about the host," she said. "I'm a Celeb is, because Ant & Dec are f**king brilliant. And their humour and links are great.

"But this show is all about the contestants. Last year we had a live start and finish and it was a shame we didn't see the hosts more."

The Circle starts live on Channel 4 on Tuesday, September 24 at 9.15pm.
