Emma Willis will sit in for Michael Ball on his BBC Radio 2 Show.

The former ‘Big Brother’ presenter has been named as a temporary host for the 60-year-old West End icon's 'The Michael Ball Show' for his upcoming Sunday morning slot this weekend, on which she will interview comedian Ruby Wax and ex ‘T4’ host Steve Jones.

The 47-year-old TV presenter is quoted by The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column as saying: “Well, this is exciting, terrifying.

“I’m heading into Radio 2 to sit in for the very fabulous Michael Ball. Come join me for some great guests and cracking Sunday morning tunes.”

Emma previously ruled herself out of returning to host the rebooted 'Big Brother' series, which will air on a new home when it comes to ITV2 and ITVX later this year.

When asked in August if she would return to 'Big Brother', Emma told RadioTimes.com: "No. I think with every new era of 'Big Brother', I think there should be a new host.

"You know, I loved my time on the show, and I very much kind of said goodbye to it back then because we thought it was over. I don't tend to go back. I like to move forward."

Emma admitted the show should have a new presenter at the helm.

She added: "I think it's right. It's starting again, it's got a new home - it should have a new host."

AJ Odudu and Will Best were recently confirmed as the show's new hosts.

She said: "I’m so excited to finally be able to say that, yes: I’m hosting 'Big Brother'! I couldn't be happier. Following in the footsteps of some of my favourite broadcasting legends to front such an iconic show is an absolute honour - and to do it alongside my amazing friend Will is the icing on the cake."

Will added: “I grew up with 'Big Brother' so getting a chance to host it with my mate AJ is a dream come true. I can't wait to tell some housemates not to swear."
