Emmerdale ‘flashforward week’ spoilers: Jamie Tate returns? Plus car crash drama, and shock jailing
This is one of those tricksy weeks in Emmerdale where flashforward scenes in each episode hint at upcoming tragedy.
We see an open grave in a misty graveyard, the slamming of a police cell door, a gun being fired in woodland and a car looking crumpled following an accident. But what does this all mean?

Chloe confronts stalker Noah
An unsuspecting Chloe agrees to spend the day with Noah and is amazed that he seems to know exactly what kind of music she’s into.

But events take a sinister turn when Chloe comes across her lost keys. Starting to suspect ill intent on Noah’s part, Chloe sends him off to buy some snacks. And, in his absence, she starts rooting through his laptop in search of evidence.

When the penny finally drops that Noah has been stalking her, Chloe confronts him. But he reacts badly and tries to stop Chloe from taking the laptop before making an attempt to trap her in the house.
Noah’s mum Charity then walks into this nightmarish scene, but how will she react to the sight of her son acting in this terrifying manner?
Gun drama for Gabby – as she fears Jamie has returned
A hooded figure glimpsed on the Home Farm CCTV leaves Gabby panicked that Jamie is set to return and snatch Thomas. And despite Dawn’s reassurances, Gabby feels it’s not a matter of if but when.
Those fears intensify when Gabby later finds a dropped torch outside the property. And when she then discovers that a gift has been left for Thomas, it seems there’s little doubt that it’s been placed there by Jamie.

Meanwhile, the gun cupboard is being broken into – and an anonymous hand is reaching in and taking hold of a shotgun…
Fatal twist to Cain and Al’s feud?
Cain returns Al’s car, but after finding a cable tie securing the drive shaft in the engine, Al surmises that his nemesis must have sabotaged the vehicle.
Al then demands that Cain drive the car to prove it’s safe. What he isn’t expecting, though, is for Cain to then gun the car directly in his direction.
Both guys appear to stand their nerve, with Al refusing to budge. And in the end, Cain screeches to a halt in the nick of time. But will tensions reignite later the week?
Faith’s trail of destruction
Faith wants to make things up with Cain, but her attempts are met with a tirade of abuse. So, after being told to get lost, Faith ends up lashing out at anyone who gets in her way.
First to feel her wrath is Amelia, who gets offended after Faith picks a fight with her. But the self-destructive Dingle matriarch is soon making things even worse for herself when she grabs one of Amelia’s dumbbell weights and chucks it through the window of Dan’s door.
Moira – who witnesses the violence – is left appalled, while Faith frets about how she can possibly make amends.
