Emmerdale's Aaron Dingle has a big decision to make tonight (July 18) as Robert Sugden returns home following their night apart.
Aaron (Danny Miller) ordered Robert to leave Mill Cottage last night after reaching breaking point over his reaction to the ongoing Lee Posner situation.
In tonight's double bill, a downcast Robert (Ryan Hawley) wakes up at the scrapyard and is upset about being kicked out by his husband.
After having time to think about what's at stake, Robert heads back home and is determined to fight for his marriage – but getting Aaron back on side won't be easy.

This week's episodes have seen Robert step up the fight against Lee – first by recruiting Dawn Taylor to help expose his true colours, then by consulting a solicitor about the possibility of a restraining order.
This evening's scenes see Robert's tactics continue to spark controversy in the village, but not everyone is giving him a hard time.
Aaron's sister Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) encourages him to see things from Robert's point of view, wanting to keep their family unit together.
Meanwhile, although Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) is annoyed when she hears what Robert has been up to, even she ends up gently defending him to Aaron.
After a tense few weeks, can Robert and Aaron make it through their latest crisis?
