Emmerdale's Marlon Dingle vows to call time on his marriage to Rhona Goskirk next week.
The Woolpack chef loses hope for their future when he thinks Rhona has been making major decisions without him again.
Marlon struggled to forgive Rhona last month after she made a damning statement against her ex-husband Gus Malcolms in court. Gus was being sentenced for fraudulently using one of his and Rhona's frozen embryos to start a family with his wife Lucy.
After Rhona's actions in court, Marlon complained that she hadn't consulted him before turning against Gus. Rhona protested that her decision wasn't premeditated and she'd simply spoken from the heart.

Next week, Rhona starts to get fed up with Marlon's stubborn refusal to move on from their bitter dispute.
Things get worse when local vicar Charles Anderson speaks to Rhona about whether she plans to get her baby daughter Ivy christened.
Marlon interrupts the conversation and wrongly assumes that Rhona is ploughing ahead with a christening without speaking to him first.
Rhona gently explains that Charles was the one who started the conversation, but Marlon claims that his wife always seems to have an excuse for leaving him out.

As Marlon's frustrations reach boiling point, he throws a pan of food on the floor in The Woolpack kitchen.
Later in the week, Marlon arranges a camping trip with his best friend Paddy.
Rhona is devastated when she learns that Marlon plans to use this time to decide whether he wants to continue with their marriage.
During the trip, Paddy is stunned when Marlon confirms that he's seriously considering divorcing Rhona.

Paddy brings up Marlon's stroke, pointing out that he fought fiercely for his recovery and now needs to find the same strength to save his marriage. Will Marlon listen?
Back in the village, Rhona's mum Mary also weighs in by encouraging her to take drastic measures to make amends with Marlon before it's too late.
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Wednesday, June 5 and Thursday, June 6.
