Celebs Go Dating's Marty McKenna and Chloe Brockett have spoken to Digital Spy about how the E4 show differs from their other reality telly jobs.

The Geordie Shore star's latest stint on Ex on the Beach was by far his most explosive, culminating in a physical confrontation with the other lads on the show after insulting Megan McKenna and Amy Cooke.

Now, McKenna and TOWIE star Chloe Brockett have joined Celebs Go Dating for a more positive experience without any raging parties or vengeful exes.

"I think on Celebs Go Dating you're not constantly watching over your shoulder, thinking f**k me, is there someone going to fly in here?" he told us.

Brockett admitted that she felt "paranoid" at first on Celebs Go Dating because she worried the dating agents were trying to "set [them] up".

"We were absolutely para[noid]," McKenna agreed. "We're thinking our exes are gonna come in every minute and just start kicking off. Or someone we've had an argument with.

"We were conspiring for an hour on a call on the way back to the hotel one night. She was like 'I'm over it!' That was mad."

Chloe added: "I think coming in from reality TV and shows that thrive off that drama, then being on a show that doesn't ask for drama, it's like 'Ok... so what do you want us to do?!' We definitely bonded on that."

The duo ultimately felt more at ease on Celebs Go Dating once they realised producers weren't trying to drum up drama where there isn't any.

"That's what our shows are about: drama, arguments, getting pissed and fighting and that. But this one's actually... it's more positive. This is all positivity on the show. So I've actually enjoyed that, me. That's for the f**ing record," McKenna insisted.

Celebs Go Dating airs Mondays through Thursdays on E4.
