The opening episode of Ghost season 3 sees the 4.5Karat blue diamond ring that belonged to Mecca up for auction and sold for a whopping $5.5m (£4.5m) to a man who uses it to propose to his girlfriend. Shortly after, Noma interrupts with her "congratulations" before demanding they hand it over.

The couple, understandably not wanting to depart with the ring they just spent a few M's on defy Noma's order to give up the ring, leading Noma to take matters into her own hands, chopping off the woman's ring-wearing hand with a machete.

Digital Spy spoke exclusively with Michael Rainey Jr who teased Noma's involvement in Ghost season 3.

"Man, erm, she's tough Noma's character is super tough. Caroline, she brought like literally everything that could possibly be brought to that character. She brought that character to life. I feel like Caroline was probably the only person that could play Noma honestly."

Reacting to Noma's brutal opening scene, Rainey Jr continued: "But she is, she's brutal. She's gangster. She's devious. She doesn't care about nothing. She's ruthless. And you just got to be careful around her so, we'll see how Tariq works around her 'cause, wooh, she's different. She's something else."

The Power star discussed what it's been like working with the Footballer's Wives actress and how she's been filling him in on London's culture.

"It's been dope. You know, obviously I'm pretty familiar with London. I have a lot of London friends. I'm actually, [I] was just in London. Not so long ago before I started filming. But erm it's definitely just dope, you know, we chop it up a lot, talk about everything in London.

"She tells me about all the London girls, and all the crazy stuff that's going on in London. So it's lit, you know I'm pretty familiar with London like I said, but she definitely be filling me in and she's be putting me onto a lot, a lot that's going on out there."
