Yahoo News Family's desperate plea for missing mum, 36, to come home
UPDATE: Sophie has now been found safe and well, GMP said.
The family of a mum who has gone missing in Stockport have issued a desperate plea for her to come home.
Sophie was reported missing to Greater Manchester Police yesterday afternoon (Saturday, May 19). In an appeal issued yesterday evening, officers said she was last seen on Buxton Road at around 1.30pm.
Now her sister Kelly has told the Manchester Evening News she wants her to get in touch with someone, or for anyone who she has seen or is with to contact her family. She said there had been multiple possible sightings of Sophie, who is from the Denton area in Tameside, since she went missing on Saturday.

"She was seen on the A6, she was seen in a pub called the Crown, she'd had a drink in there and from there we don't know where she's gone", Kelly said. "Then there was a possible sighting on the 192 bus.
"She could be anywhere, it's like a needle in a haystack. She doesn't have a phone with her, she's got no cards.
"Her mum visited yesterday, and by the time her husband had got there she had gone. We don't know where she is, we don't know if she's with somebody.
"She's got children who are distraught, she's got a husband. I would say to her just come home, get in touch with someone and let us know where you are and we'll come get you."
Sophie was last seen wearing a black jacket with a pink trim on. She was also wearing grey pants and pink Crocs.
She is described as being a white female of medium build. She is around 5ft 5in tall and has brown hair.
