Family's heartbreaking tribute to 'beautiful baby boy' who died in North Devon crash

A teenager who died in a crash in North Devon has been named by police. Archie George Harris, from Holsworthy, tragically passed away following a collision on the A3072 during the May bank holiday weekend.

Emergency services were called to the Blakea Bridge, near Beaworthy, at around 4.05pm on Sunday, May 26. The 17-year-old, who was driving a blue Ford Fiesta at the time of the crash, sadly died.

An inquest into Archie’s death has been opened and adjourned. His family have paid an emotional tribute to him.

Devon and Cornwall Police are continuing to appeal for information on the fatal crash. They said: "Officers would like anyone with any relevant information of dash-cam footage which may assist the investigation to contact police via our website here or by calling 101 quoting log 525 of 26 May."
