A ferry with more than 300 people on board has run aground in stormy weather in Calais harbour in northern France, according to reports.
Officials say no-one on board has been injured and local Calais authorities says rescue boats have been sent to assist at the site of the incident.
The P&O boat is said to have 316 people on board - including 208 paying passengers. The Pas-de-Calais authority could not be reached for immediate comment.
The port is currently subject to an orange alert as 70mph winds pass over the Channel.
