Finn Cole says 'Peaky Blinders' has 'one of the best endings of a TV show'
Finn Cole has said he is "convinced" that Peaky Blinders has "one of the best endings of a TV show".
Speaking to Metro, Cole, who plays the villainous Michael Gray in the hit crime drama set in Birmingham, also said the final series is "exciting" and "full of energy".
Set to return Sunday night on BBC One, season six of the show is set to be its last ahead of a film adaptation that will wrap up the story.
The show continues without regular cast member Helen McCrory who passed away last year aged 52 after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

Cole also paid tribute to his former co-star, saying: "Helen was someone who was so full of energy and so exciting to work with – she was extraordinary. She was a vital part of the show for many years and we all felt very lucky to have worked with her."
Cole, who also played a young Dominic Toretto in F9, joined Peaky Blinders in its second season as the secret son of McCrory's character Polly Shelby.
He joked about joining the show as a teenager and how much he had changed in his eight years on the show: "I cringe when I watch the scenes that I filmed back when I was 18. That chubby teenager look! But it also makes me think about how far I’ve come and how much I’ve learnt."
Earlier this week, series creator Steven Knight spoke to Yahoo about the upcoming last season. He said to "expect the unexpected".
He added: “Poor Tommy, once again, goes through quite an ordeal and the question is: will he come out of it in one piece?,” referring to series lead Tommy Shelby played by Cillian Murphy.
The final series of Peaky Blinders will air on BBC One from 27 February.
