Yahoo News First look at Kylie Jenner in The Simpsons Halloween cameo
The Simpsons has revealed a first look clip of The Kardashians' Kylie Jenner from the upcoming 'Treehouse of Horror' special.
The media personality features in a segment of the recurring Halloween episode (that usually airs October 31 due to scheduling quirks) that sees Bart get transformed into an NFT, and Marge has to go inside the blockchain to rescue him.
In the scene, Jenner and her fellow 'crypto illuminati' Jimmy Fallon and Rob Gronskowski get ready to send Marge into the internet, but not before taking a selfie.

"This key is a backdoor through the blockchain's cryptographic protocol," Jenner tells Marge. "Once you're inside, use it to find Bart and get both of you out."
Speaking to Variety about why the creative team decided to go with the controversial online currency storyline, showrunner Matt Selman explained that it was executive producer James L Brooks' idea.
He stated that: "The craze has gone up and down and mostly down since we started writing it. But we just thought the idea of all these celebrities who don't really understand the blockchain — who are so running over each other to promote it and make deals and get rich off it — was a funny area to include.
"Celebrities who may not really know that much about how cryptocurrency works are the spokesman for this incredibly complicated thing called cryptocurrency."

He also explained that the team decided to approach Jenner, who was up for recording a cameo (meanwhile, Fallon is voiced by comedian Matt Friend).
"We wrote her some pages, and I think it's a good fit. She was up for it and game to be made fun of as a celebrity shill," Selman added. "(The Simpsons and The Kardashians being owned by Disney) was a bit of a door opener. I think as someone playing themselves, the part has comedic integrity."
The Simpsons' latest Halloween special will air this Sunday (November 5) on Fox in the US. The show streams on Disney+ in the UK.
