A house in Fleetwood has been bordered-up by police following reports of anti-social behaviour.

Fleetwood Area Police secured a closure order at a property on Edmonson Place, which will be active until August. It comes following reports of persistent anti-social behaviour.

A closure order is an order prohibiting access to a premises for a specific period of time. This period, according to the Crime and Policing Act 2014, must not exceed three months.

Fleetwood Police welcome the order at an address that had been causing concern in the local community. The force states: "This behaviour won't be tolerated and this action demonstrates that we will take the appropriate action to safeguard people and deal with criminality.
