Floodwater Gushes Down Steps to Train Station as Deluge Hits Melbourne

A huge downpour hit Melbourne during rush hour on December 14. Local news reports said about 35 mm of rain fell in just 30 minutes in downtown areas. The deluge led to flash flooding.
