Florida Hit by Flooding as Tropical Storm Sally Expected to Become Hurricane

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) warned of continued flash flooding in Florida as Tropical Storm Sally was expected to become a hurricane on September 14.

Tropical Storm Sally reached sustained winds of 60 mph on Sunday.
