A new food and craft market is launching in north Norfolk with live music, demonstrations and activities.

Cuisine & Crafts on the Coast is a community-spirited event which plans to showcase "the heart and soul of Norfolk" by celebrating local craftsmanship and culinary excellence from more than 20 traders.

The event hosted by Native2Norfolk will take place on April 21 from 10.30am to 2.30pm in Weybourne at the former site of the North Norfolk Country Fair.

Finley Robertson, founder and director of Native2Norfolk, said: "We hope to bring a seasonal and coastal day for the public to discover the vast variety and quality of Norfolk's outspoken small businesses."

Offerings at the market include artisanal cheese and wine pairings from Fizz and Fromage, handcrafted candles from Wickhams Candle Company, gourmet vegan food from Doodle Donuts/TFI Vegan and Norfolk Rum and Norfolk Raider Cider Ltd.

The market, which is free to attend, will return every third Sunday from April to October this year.
