Footage Shows Flooding on London Thoroughfare

Heavy rains caused widespread flooding on London roadways on July 25, requiring the rescue of people marooned in their vehicles, according to officials.

As of Sunday afternoon, the UK’s Met Office had issued an amber weather warning for London and surrounding areas. Authorities said “torrential showers” would continue impacting southeast England at least until the evening.
