Yahoo News Full Monty TV series shares first-look at returning original cast
The Full Monty series on Disney+ has got the band back together, 26 years since the original classic movie.
Ahead of its scheduled June release, fans can check out a whole gallery's worth of first-look images, as the unlikely male strippers navigate the crumbling British healthcare, employment and education systems.
Per the streaming platform, this TV continuation "will explore the brighter, sillier and more humane way forward where communal effort can still triumph over adversity".

As you can see, doing his best impression of Home Alone 2: Lost in New York's Central Park pigeon lady, Robert Carlyle's Gaz Schofield returns alongside Mark Addy's Dave Horsefall, who's parked himself in a greasy spoon.
Expect to see Lesley Sharp's character Jean Horsefall, as well as Tom Wilkinson's Gerald, Steve Huison's Lomper, Paul Barber's Horse and William Snape's Nathan Schofield on our screens in just a couple of months, too.

"We're chuffed to bits to get all the Monty Men back together again — now with a chaotic entourage of children, grandchildren, pets and assorted hangers-on — to see what life in Sheffield is like 25 years on," screenwriter Simon Beaufoy shared in a statement around the time of the show's announcement.
Disney's director of scripted content Lee Mason added: "25 years ago Simon introduced us to a group of funny, fearless and resilient unemployed working-class men from Sheffield and the world fell in love with them.
"We're delighted to reunite the original cast for this brand-new series on Disney+ to catch up with these iconic characters and what they've been up to since we last saw them on stage in all their glory, and we can't wait to introduce a host of exciting new faces and characters."
The original movie The Full Monty is already available to stream on Disney+ in the UK, with the spin-off series joining it this June.
