Last year Collins' fiancé Rami Hawash received horrific injuries to his eyes and nose after an accident at work, where he owns a car mechanical repairs company.
She said at the time: "We hope that he’s going to get the sight back in his eye, but I did reassure him that if he went blind or if he was going to lose his eye, that I’m still going to be with him because you don’t think about all those things."
The couple have been in an on-off relationship since 2011 and are now hoping to become parents.
Speaking about having a baby in 2021, Collins said: "I am trying to have a baby. I have been with my partner for a while, we don’t use condoms now.
"The baby is going to be adored. I haven’t had a baby yet, but I speak as if I have as I am trying to cosmic order it up.
"I am going to be a chilled mum and I am not going to force my child into doing anything. It’s going to be so happy for me. The child is going to be like royalty."
