Girls Aloud fans have been left in a rage after Ticketmaster stealthily added a discount to tickets.

The ticket seller placed the Girls Aloud show tickets on sale for 50 per cent off from 12pm on Thursday, May 23 to 23.59pm on Wednesday, May 29. While it's a good deal for those who haven't already purchased a ticket, those who bought the tickets early and missed the deal are less than happy.

It comes after fans were previously left disappointed with the initial ticket prices leaving some fans 'devastated'. At first, fans were asked to for out anything between roughly £58 and more than £200 to see Cheryl Tweedy, Kimberley Walsh, Nadine Coyle and Nicola Roberts perform live.

And it seems many fans haven't forgotten just how much they had already spent on tickets. Fans of the pop group have been vexing their frustrations on social media.

Writing on X, Chloe said: "Ok can someone please explain to me how @nottinghamarena are getting away with selling Girls Aloud tickets at 50% off. For better viewing seat to us who paid double. Fuming!!! at least move the people who paid more to the better seats, before doing this??!!!"

While Kasha said: "I got girls aloud tickets two f****** days ago and now the evil ticketmaster has put them on bloody half price. @NadineCoyleNow do something!!!!" Leevs added: "The cheek of the ticketmaster 50% off girls aloud tickets promo when we were all in the ticketek trenches paying a ton a few months ago."

However, those who haven't already forked out for the full price have been left much happier - and a little bit richer. Alannah wrote on X: "Me not being able to afford Girls Aloud and them putting tickets on sale is the best possible thing that could've happened I feel like I'm being rewarded for getting through a really bad few days."

While @eemart_perform said: "Did I just spontaneously book Girls Aloud tickets for Birmingham in the 50% off Flash Sale! Absolutely."

The long-awaited reunion tour, which was first announced last November, has been heading underway following a show in Dublin and Belfast earlier this week. Meanwhile, the group will be playing tonight, Friday, and Saturday at the Manchester AO Arena.

The tour also marks 11 years since the girl group did their first tour and also marks the first round of shows since the death of bandmate Sarah Harding who passed away in 2021.
