'GMB' host Ben Shephard urinated on by millipede on live TV

Good Morning Britain presenter Ben Shephard let out a scream when a millipede weed on him during a live TV segment.

Shephard was taking part in an I’m A Celebrity….Get Me Out Of Here themed segment where he held the creepy crawly in the palm of his hand.

Referencing Noel Edmonds’ entry into the jungle, Shephard and Kate Garraway took part in GMB’s own version of a Bushtucker trial, Squeal or No Squeal.

However, the host got more than he bargained for when the millipede decided to relieve itself on his hand.

Giving the viewers a closer glimpse at the critter, Ben pointed the millipede towards the camera and said: “There you go, that’s the millipede there, can you see it?”

Keeping an eye on the millipede’s movements, the TV presenter continued to comment: “Oh look, he’s unwinding now. I’m not sure I want him to unwind.

“Ugh, look at his legs. Oh, it’s starting to move now.”

As Garraway asked how it felt, Ben replied: “Oh, he’s weeing on me! He is, he is!”

Whilst Shephard was shocked and disgusted in equal measure, he was told that the bug’s wee was actually good luck.

Making light of the situation, Garraway quipped: “Do you know what? I rather like him now. He’s treated you with the respect you deserve. Well done.”

But Ben wasn’t having any of it as he declared that he was “covered in millipede wee.”

Meanwhile, Noel’s entrance into the jungle didn’t just spark a frenzy in the GMB studio as the iconic entertainer clashed with John Barrowman.

Barrowman became annoyed when Edmonds accused him of scratching his groin whilst standing in front of him.

Speaking in the Bush Telegraph: “I know he was trying to make a joke and be funny but it didn’t land well with me and for that moment I’m probably being overly sensitive and it’s at this exact time that my husband would say I need a sandwich.

“It’s not his fault and I’m an adult, I know that, it was just that moment and some of us are feeling ‘arghhh’.’
