'Gogglebox' star Sandi Bogle wakes up crying over 'amazing' nephew's unsolved murder

Watch: Ex-Gogglebox star in tears speaking about her nephew's unsolved murder

Former Gogglebox star Sandi Bogle has said the 2017 murder of her "amazing" nephew is still "eating" her up and that she's disgusted nobody has been brought to justice.

Bjorn Brown – the 23-year-old son of Bogle's sister – was stabbed in Croydon in March 2017 and died a few years later.

While a reward for information was offered and CCTV footage of two suspects was released, so far the case has not been solved.

"I think it's disgusting that after what they've done, they can still get away with it and still be out there running around, living their lives, like they've not done anything wrong," she said.

"I really believe people out there know who has done it, but it's always a wall of silence."

Fighting back tears, Bogle said the loss was "still eating me up".

"I wake up crying, because I know it's unsolved and I know he's not resting and I know my sister is in so much pain," she said.

She said she prays that those responsible are caught and that regardless of whether it takes five years or 10 years, she is "not going to stop searching".

Bogle starred alongside her best friend Sandra Martin on Channel 4's Gogglebox from the first series until the eighth series.
