A Good Morning Britain blunder saw Bonnie Tyler confused with her own tribute act today (September 17).

The 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' singer appeared on the ITV morning programme ahead of her performance for the Pope.

And, while talking with GMB presenters Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid in front of a collection of pictures of herself, Bonnie soon pointed out that one of the images wasn't even her.

"That's not me," she said. Awkward...

As the interview continued, Piers promised that Good Morning Britain's behind-the-scenes team would get to the bottom of who the picture really was.

And, eventually, they cracked it.

"We have solved the mystery of the picture," Piers revealed.

"Who is it?" Bonnie replied.

Piers added: "Apparently, it's a Bonnie Tyler tribute act! But we're going to change her in real life to Bonnie Tyler."

While on the show, Bonnie was also asked if she ever gets tired of singing her most famous hit.

The answer? Absolutely not.

"'Total Eclipse of the Heart' is evergreen," she added. "I love singing it.

"People say to me, 'Don't you get fed up of singing that song after all these years?' Of course I don't!"

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV.
