Grace and Frankie will return to Netflix for a sixth season
Netflix has renewed Grace and Frankie, starring Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, for a sixth season.
Season six will return to Netflix in 2020, with pre-production currently under way.
Netflix announced the renewal on Tuesday (January 15), three days before season five premieres.

Grace and Frankie stars Fonda and Tomlin as long-time frenemies brought together when their husbands declare their love for each other after a decades-long affair.
The ensemble cast also includes Sam Waterston and Martin Sheen as the ladies' former husbands, as well as June Diane Raphael, Baron Vaughn, Brooklyn Decker and Ethan Embry as their respective adult children.
In its fourth season, Grace and Frankie bolstered its cast of comedy heavy hitters with the addition of Friends' Lisa Kudrow as the ladies' lodger Sheree.
Kudrow famously worked with Grace and Frankie co-creator Marta Kauffman on her prior career-defining series Friends.

Frankie and Grace will also be getting a new rival in season five, when RuPaul sashays his way onto the Emmy Award-nominated comedy series, as the quippy Benjamin Le Day.
Last year, Kauffman told IndieWire that she's keen to keep the series going "as long as it's comfortable for Jane and Lily".
She added: "It could be years and years. Who knows?"
Grace and Frankie season 5 will be released on January 18 on Netflix.
