Yahoo News Greggs opens second Teesside drive thru at retail park
Greggs has opened its second Teesside drive thru.
The drive thru, in Lustrum Retail Park, Stockton, has created 15 new jobs for the area. It will stock freshly prepared Greggs favourites, in plus a range of over ice drinks including Cloudy Lemonade and Iced Mocha, which are only available in limited shops across the UK.
Ahead of the (hopefully) warmer weather, Greggs have also launched two brand-new pasta pots - the Piri Piri Chicken Pasta and Pesto & Mozzarella Pasta and a handful of returning menu items with new and improved recipes.
There are also plenty of evening offers available. After 4pm, customers can pick up any pizza slice with any drink from just £2.85 instead of the usual £3.50.
Customers looking to grab a quick bite to eat on the go can order via the drive thru without leaving the comfort of their own car, and those looking to skip the queue can order through Click + Collect via the Greggs App. The Stockton drive thru opens with a modern and comfortable indoor seating. The opening hours are Monday – Saturday: 6am- 7pm and Sunday: 6am – 5pm.
Shop Manager, Emily Mcbeth said: “We can’t wait to welcome both Greggs fans and new customers to our brand-new shop. We’ve got an amazing range of iconic savouries, Fairtrade hot drinks, hot food and healthier choices available for takeaway, sit-in or Click + Collect.”

Teesside's first Greggs drive-thru opened in South Bank, just off the A66, in April last year. Any further jobs created at the Stockton drive thru will be posted on https://www.greggsfamily.co.uk/.
