Halfway to the holidays: Disney announces the return of Jollywood Nights

Walt Disney World is bringing back some jolly.

Disney Jollywood Nights, a specially ticketed launched last year, will return to Disney’s Hollywood Studios on select dates between Nov. 9 and Dec. 21. The limited-capacity event is an after-hours occurrence like Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, which is held at Magic Kingdom.

But do not go to Walt Disney World’s Disney Jollywood Nights expecting Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in another setting. From theming to audience to exclusive experiences, the after-hours events are as different as the parks themselves. (Read USA TODAY's review of the event by clicking here.)

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party fans need not worry. It'll be back at Magic Kingdom on select nights from Nov. 8 until Dec. 20. Meanwhile, EPCOT park will host the International Festival of the Holidays, "where visitors can explore global holiday traditions, savor seasonal flavors from around the world, and enjoy heartwarming performances starting on Nov. 29 through Dec. 30," Disney confirmed.

How much are Disney Jollywood Nights tickets?

Ticket prices remain the same from last year, ranging from $159 to $179 for guests ages 10 and up. Prices vary by date.

As with Mickey’s Very Christmas Party, Disney Jollywood Nights are not included with standard admission and guests with regular tickets will need to leave the park before the event starts.
