Happy Birthday to You: Man Buys Dream Car for Girlfriend's Special Day

For those with birthdays in January, it can be tough when it comes to getting presents. Richard Vida wanted to change that for his girlfriend, Kali Ann Mass.

Born on January 3, she always finds herself getting gifts on Christmas rather than her birthday. However, her most recent birthday went a little differently. Vida decided to get her something really special for her birthday, her dream car.

The Tampa native decided to surprise Kali a few days early so she could enjoy her gift but didn’t want Christmas to overshadow it. After picking up the Range Rover Velar, he surprised Mass at home and presented her with the keys. Overjoyed, she couldn’t wait to take the car for a spin. Credit: Rj Vida via Storyful

Passenger Bus Crashes Into Saint Petersburg River
A bus crashed off a bridge and into the Moyka River in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on Friday, May 10, with local police saying around 20 people were on board.Local media reported that at least five people died, with four “seriously injured”.
