The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's bid to trademark the Sussex Royal brand has suffered a setback after a legal complaint was filed.

The couple applied to the Intellectual Property Office for the trademark in June, but a doctor in Melbourne has now sent in a “notice of threatened opposition".

It comes as Prince Harry and Meghan continue to adjust to their new life in Canada after stepping back as senior royals.

Harry boarded a flight to Vancouver on Monday evening and was reunited with baby Archie and Meghan.
