Harry and Meghan part 2: When is the second half of the documentary out?

Prince Harry and Meghan have told their side of the story since deciding not to return as working members of the royal family.

The Netflix documentary, “Harry & Meghan” tells the story of their romance, in a six-part series directed by Emmy award-winning director Liz Garbus. Voices such as those of Meghan Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, Harry’s friends and historians and journalists are also heard throughout the documentary.

In the first three episodes, which aired on December 8, viewers learned how their engagement happened and how they navigated their long-distance relationship before the world knew about they were a couple.

It also reveals how the pair deal with swarms of paparazzi and how Meghan received death threats. The first few episodes revealed that paparazzi sought quotes from Meghan’s childhood friend and placed cameras in Meghan’s neighbourhood in Toronto.

In 2016, Harry condemned the "wave of abuse" and “racial undertones” that Meghan faced from press coverage. In the documentary, Meghan talks of how the newspaper outlets described her as being “straight outta Compton”, whilst Harry talks of the unconscious bias in the royal family. He also speaks about the 2005 incident when he was seen wearing a Nazi outfit.

How to watch the second part of the Harry and Meghan documentary

The first volume of the documentary was released on Thursday, December 8. The next three episodes will be available to stream on Thursday, December 15, at 8am, on Netflix.

The remainder of the documentary will continue to uncover aspects of their relationship with the royal family that are unknown to the wider audience.

In the trailer, Meghan says: “This is when a family and a family business are in direct conflict. Everything that’s happened to us was always going to happen to us. Suddenly, what clicked in my head was it’s never going to stop”.

Harry adds: “There was no other option at this point. We are going”.
