“Welcome to the world son,” he wrote alongside a black and white image of him, Flanagan and their new arrival.
“Charlie Scott Sinclair 25/03/21.”
Flanagan, 30, and Sinclair got engaged in 2018 and already have two daughters: Matilda, five, and Delilah, two.
Flanagan has previously said her latest pregnancy had been difficult as she suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum, which the NHS says is “excessive nausea and vomiting” in pregnancy.
Writing on Instagram in December she said it was “definitely my last pregnancy”.
“I had Matilda at 24 and I wanted my children close together and it just feels right for me,” she said.
“I would never want to go through the hyperemesis again, it wouldn’t be fair on the children I already have and I want to give each child as much attention as each other.”
The couple have been inundated with congratulations from friends and fans after sharing that Charlie had arrived.
Coronation Street’s Brooke Vincent posted several messages on Instagram, expressing her delight that the couple had welcomed a boy and adding: “CONGRATULATIONS to you both!!!!!!”
