Helen Flanagan looked fabulous as she shared a sweet video alongside her children as she pined for them amid being away for work commitments. It was revealed last month that the actress has signed up for Celebs Go Dating.

Helen, 33, will soon be seen seeking the help of agents Anna Williamson, Paul Brunson and Dr. Tara, alongside the likes of former Gogglebox star Stephen Webb, Married At First Sight UK's Ella Morgan, Love Island star Chris Taylor, and actress and singer Jamelia.

She's currently filming the upcoming run of the E4 dating series after becoming single in 2022 following the end of her 13-year relationship with footballer Scott Sinclair.

It wasn't until April last year, ahead of her stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here's first-ever spin-off show set in South Africa, that Helen addressed rumours about her relationship and revealed that she and Scott had actually split in July 2022.

But working on the show means that Helen is spending time away from her beloved children - Matilda, Delilah and Charlie - and it appears to be taking its toll.

Sharing a video to her Instagram Story, Helen looked fabulous in a plunging floral gown as she geared up for a glamorous outing while capturing her three young children not quite getting the posing memo but ended up making a sweet clip instead documenting the happiness and chaos of family life.

Alongside the clip, Helen wrote to her one million followers: "Struggled the last few days with my head and not been sleeping well and got a lot of anxiety... Wanted to share if anyone else is feeling the same. You will feel better again and it will pass."

She also shared a video of three-year-old Charlie wearing what appeared to be a handmade hat and said: "Loves his hat, won't take it off," alongside a string of crying laughing emojis. But she did add: "Not very good being away from the kids. Taking this one to London with me this week."

It comes after Helen bravely and honestly about her recent mental health struggles. The former Coronation Street star took a lengthy break from social media and the spotlight earlier this year following a scary health scare. Helen's ill health was first mentioned when she was forced to pull out of her stage debut in Cluedo 2 - The Next Chapter where she was meant to play Miss Scarlette but pulled out for "medical reasons" and was replaced by former co-star and Strictly Come Dancing winner Ellie Leach.

But in March, Helen, who played Rosie Webster in the ITV soap, opened up about what's been going on and told her fans how she'd been struggling with her mental health since before Christmas and then earlier this year, had a 'bad reaction' to medication that sent her into 'psychosis'.
