Helen Flanagan's fans think they've spotted her suffering a wardrobe blunder as she was seen posing up a strom in her latest social media post. The actress appears to be back in good spirits and sharing more with her Instagram followers following her break earlier this year.

Helen, 33, recently took a lengthy break from social media and the spotlight following a scary health scare. The first fans heard of her ill health was when she was forced to pull out of her stage debut in Cluedo 2 - The Next Chapter, where she was meant to play Miss Scarlett, due to "medical reasons".

It was then last month (March) that Helen, who shares three children with her ex Scott Sinclair, opened up about what's been going on and told her fans how she'd been struggling with her mental health since before Christmas and then, earlier this year, had a 'bad reaction' to medication that sent her into 'psychosis'.

But Helen has since appeared to be back on track and has flooded her Instagram page with updates on her life from the realities of being a busy mum-of-three to a glimpse into her nights out and latest modelling work with the likes of Ann Summers.

In her latest post, the former Coronation Street star could be seen posing up a storm in her home as she sported a slinky black jumpsuit that boasted an opened across the chest area and showed Helen wearing a lacy bra. She tucked her blonde locks, which had been styled straight, behind her ears and accessorised with matching black heels and bag.

Sharing a trio of images to her Instagram, Helen simply posted a spider emoji and it didn't take long for the comments to come flooding in, with some wondering if she was wearing her outfit the right way.

@kecandco said: "When you accidentally put your dress on back to front and just go with it." @szczesnowiczlyn commented: "Hon, you’ve got your dress on back to front." @mrpdoomsday wrote: "I think you have put your dress on back to front."

But Helen, who tagged her outfit as being from House of CB, was also flooded with compliments while the comments section was filled with flame emojis and love heart eyes emojis.

Helen's glamourous appearance came after she had earlier shared a dose of reality with her fans and followers. Taking to her Instagram Story, she shared a photo of herself and her son, Charlie. She explained: "Running errands with mummy and just cleaned a lovely poo explosion."

She then shared a picture of Charlie sitting in a trolly as they made their way around a shop and said: "Kissing his beautiful snooty little face getting me through the food shop. And Charlie insisted in staying in his Bluey pjs so I just let him #thirdchild."
