Helen Glover and Steve Backshall announce arrival of twins with cute photo

Olympic gold medallist Helen Glover and TV naturalist Steve Backshall have announced the arrival of twins with a cute social media post.

After meeting at a Sport Relief event in 2014, the pair married in 2016 and in July 2018, welcomed their first child, a son named Logan.

Now, Helen and Steve are parents of three children under the age of two, as they've welcomed twins - a boy and a girl - to the family.

Helen posted a picture on social media showing two pairs of tiny feet alongside some toddler toes presumably belonging to big brother Logan.

"We’re gonna need a bigger boat," Helen wrote, referencing her rowing career.

"Welcome to the world little ones. Your big brother is already setting the pace and is so pleased to meet you," she went on.

"Tips for surviving 3 under 2 on a postcard please," she added.

Helen and Steve have yet to announce names for their new arrivals.
