Helen Skelton ends moving day with emotional message amid new chapter

Former Strictly Come Dancing star and Springtime on the Farm presenter Helen Skelton has given fans a sneak peek into her new home. The 40 year old recently moved out of her £1.1M marital home in an exclusive gated community after finalising her divorce from England and Leeds Rhino rugby star Richie Myler.

Following the split, Helen temporarily moved back to her parents' home in Cumbria. However, she has now found a new place for herself and her three children - Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old Elsie, reports the Express.

In a heartfelt tribute to her father, who helped her move, Helen said: "The kind of granddad who spends days moving the entire contents of your life and still makes time for motorbikes and football," followed by a red heart emoji.

She also shared a humorous anecdote about her son's reluctance to part with his boxing gloves during the move. She wrote: "Tell me you're moving... without telling me you're moving.... 'Me: which pair are going to charity shop..." him: neither we NEED them both."

After living with her parents in Cumbria following her split from Richie, Helen is now ready to start a new chapter in her life. This week, Helen also revealed a new TV show with her best friend and former Strictly Come Dancing co-star, Dan Walker.

The duo had previously delighted audiences with a series that saw them walking between Yorkshire and Cumbria for Channel 5 last year, and they've now been granted another opportunity to embark on a new travel series.
