Helen Skelton said she is “still smiling” as she reunited with her former Strictly Come Dancing co-stars. The BBC Morning Live host and co-host Gethin Jones recently welcomed pro dancers Dianne Buswell, Vito Coppola and Neil Jones into the studio.

Following the star's appearance on the show, Helen took to social media and shared some sweet snaps with the Strictly pros.

Alongside the post, she wrote: "Something very special about that group of dancers ….. total joy to watch you guys do what you do best in @strictlycomedancinglive with the @bbcmorninglive gang.

It didn’t take long for fans to flood the comment section with reaction to the reunion. @trahoney wrote: “You were all so lovely to the public last night, having photos and speaking to people at the Lowry. The show was incredible!”

It comes as Helen previously hit back at mum-shamers and revealed the question no parent should ever have to answer. During an interview with OK! Magazine, the star was asked if she ever got ‘mum guilt’ the 40-year-old replied: “I think that’s a term we should just never say out loud again.

“You could use that term about everything in your life. Are we not doing enough exercise – do we feel guilty? Are we not eating enough vegetables – do we feel guilty? It’s a phrase that should be parked. You’ve got to really invest in the right energy and guilt is just a waste.”
