Helen Wood Brands Big Brother’s Ash Harrison A ‘Scrounger’ Who Owes Her ‘Thousands’

Big Brother winner Helen Wood has branded fellow housemate Ash Harrison, who she shared a romance with, a ‘scrounger’, alleging that she lent him thousands during their relationship.

Helen claims she helped fund ‘Cash Harrison’, as he apparently calls himself, his ‘wannabe lifestyle’ and a trip to Egypt, as well as lending him £3,000 for his business idea and loaning him her car.

Helen revealed all in her Daily Star column after she met a guy on her birthday night whose sister used to date Ash, with the sister apparently revealing ‘how vile’ Ash had been about Helen.

The BB winner went on to explain exactly what had happened between her and Ash/Cash, writing: “After sleeping with Ash for several months, I started to question why I was handing out dollar and paying for everything when he couldn’t even be bothered to get a job, festering in his bed while I worked.

“Playing on my heartstrings, one day Ash came to me crying about how he’s never had a chance in life, all he needed was a loan to help him get what he wants.

“Stupidly, despite drifting from him at this point, I felt sorry for him. So… on top of the hundreds he’d already ponced, I loaned him £3k for his business idea, on the basis he paid me back each month.

“Meanwhile, I’d paid for a trip to Egypt for us last January, which to my amusement, found out while bantering with his ex he’s been telling people he was PAID £3k to go and be papped. And I thought I had an ego.

“On that trip, Ash (who always frowned upon my past) had the cheek to ask me how I could have done what I did for a living even though he’s never worked a day in his life. Want to question someone’s work ethic? Try not spending thousands of that person’s money.”

Helen decided ‘enough was enough’ when she saw him ‘trying to buy replica Louboutin shoes’ using her card, and went round to his house to say they should stop sleeping with each other.

Ash then got a new girlfriend, but after that relationship also ended, Helen decided to see about getting her money back, checking the statement of the account she had opened for Ash only to find that he’d spent the money on things like nights out, clothes and gym memberships.

However, despite demanding every single penny back, Helen claims Ash has only paid back, er, £200 out of £3K.

Helen has since been on Twitter explaining why she wrote the column and revealing: “I don’t want the money back. It’s not about that, it’s the principle & the lies. He can shove the money up his a**e!”

Ash is seemingly yet to comment.
