All the Herne Bay and Sandwich General Election candidates after your vote in 2024

Voters in Herne Bay and Sandwich will have the choice between five candidates when they cast their votes in the General Election 2024.

This is a new constituency after the 2024 boundary changes. It is mostly made up of the old Thanet North seat, which was held by Conservative MP Roger Gale, but also includes areas that were formally part of Thanet South and Canterbury constituencies.

Mr Gale is again standing for the Conservatives alongside candidates from Labour, Lib Dems, the Green Party and Reform UK.

Polling and projections for the new seat forecast a very close race.
