Scotland fan strips naked and jumps into Cologne river in hilarious Euros celebration

Watch the moment a Scotland fan bizarrely strips off and leaps naked into Germany's most famous river.

The fan's stunt saw his pals watch on in stitches as the Tartan Army member braved the icy German waters of the River Rhine in Cologne, Germany yesterday in only his birthday suit. Stripping down to only his socks, the skinny-dipping Scotsman thankfully survived the ordeal with no damage done to anything but his dignity.

Video footage shows a group of fellow Scotland fans sitting watching on as the bloke strips off the last of his clothes and sprints towards the river in only his socks and watch. With one hand covering his modesty the lad then powerfully vaults over a fence and, gaining some airtime, flies into the river with limbs flailing.

He disappears under the water for a moment before resurfacing in the strong current and immediately swimming hard to reach an exit. Looking for a way out of the river the lad paddles towards a flight of stairs to escape the cold water.

Now drenched and likely feeling the cold, the Scot hauls himself up over another railing and onto the flight of stairs, still covering his crown jewels. His friends continue howling with laughter as he begins climbing the stairs, whilst German accents can be heard in the background, seemingly baffled by the stunt.
