Hilary Duff shares unique daughter's name as she welcomes fourth child

Hilary Duff has shared the heartwarming news she has given birth to her fourth child. The actress and her husband Matthew Koma welcomed a gorgeous baby girl.

The Lizzie McGuire star, 36, took to Instagram to share the exciting update, as she shared the unique name they chose for their newborn. The actress announced that her daughter was born on Saturday during an at-home water birth, the Mirror reports.

Sharing a string of black and white photos, Hilary was seen cradling the newborn tot and planting a kiss on her head following a successful home delivery. She captioned the post: "Townes Meadow Bair, now we know why she made us wait so long…She was perfecting those Cheeks!"

The post continued: "I Have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic. We all love you like you’ve been here all along beauty"

Hilary confirmed in the post they welcomed their daughter Townes last week on April 3. Fans soon rushed to the comments section to share their congratulations with the former Disney star.

One person commented: "AHHHH she is absolutely beautiful and congratulations Hilary, Matthew and Family!! I am so happy for y’all." And another replied: "Beautiful little blessing!!! Way to go mama!!!!" And a third added: "Congratulations on your little bundle of joy, Townes!"

Hilary and husband Matthew, who tied the knot in 2019, already share two children daughter Banks, five, and younger daughter Mae, two. The actress also shares 11-year-old Luca with ex-husband Mike Comrie.

And it appears their family unit of four will be their last, following Matthew undergoing a vasectomy. They shared their journey on social media, confirming it will be their last child together.

In a series of Snapchat posts, Matthew shared that he was “hyped” to get the sterilization procedure and confirmed it was "not that bad at all."
